The 100% cotton covers are fully machine washable and long lasting. They will stand the test of time indeed. The inserts are seperate and are filled with Organic Lavender Flowers and Linseed. We like the feeling the linseed brings,the weight on the eyes is relaxing and quickly takes us to a softer state.
